  • 3 cups ripe mangos cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger – finely chopped
  • Instructions

    1. In a small bowl mix lime juice, orange juice, and honey. In a large bowl place mangoes and blueberries and toss with the lime juice mixture. Add the ginger, toss and serve. Click for larger image
