Ingredients

  • 6 large kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Instructions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 275°F. Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove the center stalk and cut in 2 inch pieces. In a large bowl toss kale leaves with olive oil. They do not need to be heavily coated. Place on a baking dish, sprinkle with sea salt and put in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pieces as needed half-way. Remove from the oven and enjoy as a snack. Click for larger image

    This is a nice healthy snack. One is essentially de-hydrating the leaves so minimal amount of oil is needed. Also, a little salt will go a long way.
