Grilled Peaches with Honeyed Yogurt

  • 4 peaches, ripe, cut in half, stone removed
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • toasted almond slivers (optional)


  1. Heat the grill on high.Place yogurt and the next 3 ingredients in a bowl, mix and set aside in the fridge. Cut the peaches in half, remove the stone. Brush the cut sides with olive oil or melted butter. Place the peaches, cut side down, on the grill. Allow them to char for about 8-10 minutes – until the cut sides shows signs of caramelization. Place 2 peach halves on a place and serve with 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture with optional toasted almond sliver. Click for larger image
