  • 1 Cantaloupe, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger - grated
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons limejuice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Instructions

    1. Place all the ingredient in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Wait about a couple of hour or overnight for the flavors to “mingle.” Serve with fresh mint or a teaspoon of honey on top. Click for larger image
