Salmon with Peach and Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 4 segments of 4 oz. Salmon Filet
  • 2 Medium-sized peaches, chopped
  • 1 Cup heirloom tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lime juice
  • 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
