  • 4 4-6 oz. portions of salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons orange preserve or marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • Instructions

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. Mix Dijon mustard and the next 3 ingredients. Top the salmon with the mustard sauce and place in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness. Click for larger image
