  • 4 pieces 4 oz Salmon
  • ⅓ cup fat-free Buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (preferably Japanese Panko)
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking dish with non-stick foil. Place salmon in the dish and brush or slowly pour on the Buffalo wing sauce. Then sprinkle on the breadcrumbs. Gently spray with cooking spray. Cook for 12-14 minute or to desired doneness.While the salmon is cooking mix the yogurt with the next 3 ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Serve salmon with the yogurt sauce on the side. Click for larger image

Notes

The yogurt sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Some recipes call for butter to be added to the wing sauce but I find it unnecessary.
